spawned with broken leg, bleeding and being unconsius

so, i got shot in cherno and died, i respawned with my legs broken bleeding and uncontius (this is the first time experiencing this, i recently updated to the lates patch)

so i alt + f4 hoping that i just had to swap server, now when i spawned i am in the ocean(i can see land, but it is far away) just off prigorodky.

so now what? what should i do?

okay, i just died, problem solved!

and for some reason i have zombie kills and humanity points, i am a fresh spawn.
