FPS Problem!? Please help!

im running dayz with 10-12 fps is there anyway i can make this better because this is really low.

My specs -

AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon HD Graphics

CPU Speed -1.4 GHz

RAM - 5.6 GB

Video Card - AMD Radeon HD 6520G

Well, I've just checked performance charts of your CPU/GPU on the interwebs and I have bad news for you.

Try lowering you video settings, disable Anti-aliasing , Post Processing and vertical sync.
