Day Z Lag - Bug?

Day Z Lag

Hi guys I bought Dayz Recently (Arma 2 CO) and for some reason I have a huge amount of lag and it is even worse while in cities

I have changed the files in the Arma 2 documents folder to 1 and have used patches and Six launcher

I tested out a "Can you run it" test and my pc should run the game at (at least) 30 fps

I do not know the problem and want to find help

PC Specs

AMD FX -4100 quad core processor 3.60 GHz

8.00 GB of installed RAM

Nvidia GeForce 440 1 GB dedicated

Also I wanted to know how you use the commands (-window x=1280 -y=720)
