Being kicked from every server immediately after joining.

I often get kicked form the server due to one of the following reasons:

1. I get a massive lag spike and the server boots me out. This usually happens as I am trying to receive my character data.

2. My anti-cheat decides that I am cheating, and I get kicked for a false-positive. This also happens during the loading process.
