Connection Times 1.7.2.5

Just wondering if people have been seeing a change in connections times since the last patch.

I've seen a massive change, because I have not yet successfully connected to a server.

EDIT: Six Updater didn't actually update to the latest version, and now that I've downloaded 1.7.2.5 using the torrent file, I have managed to join successfully within the same time as usual.

I can join faster, in a matter of seconds, actually.

It's on "loading", but a lot longer than it ever has been before.

I can't even alt+f4 out of it like I could a few days ago before I updated.

I should also mention that I am using the 95883 beta patch.

and when you open up arma 2 OA, (with dayz expansion clicked on) it do say dayz 1.7.2.5?

(just pm me if your dayz aint saying that version and maybe i know a fix) :P

Loading takes forever, its just insane, my brother and I both have to wait about 5 mins, to get in

Its alot faster now, running on 95883 ... its a matter of seconds almost on every server.

Not really, 1.7.2.5 will not be available through Six Updater until Rocket is happy with the update.

On the latest (95883) beta and 1.7.2.5 DayZ code, I'm connecting about 50%-100% faster than I did with 1.7.2.4 and any beta patch.
