Since I know how rare antibiotics are I would like to give nightvision goggles to the guy that helps me out

If you have a heat pack try that. Otherwise, make a fire and warm up. Either may cure your cold.

Im a medic, near starry and have antibiotics, if you want their yours for free, but if the trade has already gone underway then i'd stay go with the trade
