Can I join a DayZ server by using Six Updater?

I am currently using Six Launcher to join the servers I want to play on. I seem to have been unable to use DayZ Commander for unknown reasons, I always end up with some unfamiliar ArmA 2 windows.

Can I use the "server browser" in Six Launcher Si Updater to launch a DayZ game?

Update: My DayZ Commander client seem to be working as expected now.
