after the last update when I get in the game I always show up in wilderness with several bodies around me and the players also appear several players alive but they seem buggy. How to solve this problem?

When you're stuck at "Waiting for server response", don't wait. Join another server.

That means the server you're on isn't connected to the database properly or something similar, hence it can't load your character.
