More than likely, yes. Whilst there are a few different performance variations from simply plain ARMA II and the Operation Arrowhead expansion, for the most part you should be fine.

I can run everything on Very high with anti alias on outside dayz

In Dayz i have to take of shadows and remove anti alias.

Kind of depends what you consider "playable"
