'Loading' screen taking forever

As title says, i go to 1.7.2.5 server with the newest arma 2 beta patch, and i get the loading screen that takes forever. I havn't been able to get in-game yet, i've just alt-f4'd after 10 minutes of waiting.

Yes reposted, any sort of solution yet to fix this? do the servers with older versions do the same?

I play on the old patch, since it works, 2.5 never worked for me so far

Try DayZ Commander if you're not already using it. There's an option to eliminate "unplayable" servers from the list, and that seems to work for me.

you should be able to play on previous patches, even the arma 2 betas. At least I can
