Server US15 - Stability Issues - Need Help

I'm having some issues with our server. It seems to run fine for a couple hours and then I will login to my dedi and see that a second server has spawned under a different port. I don't know what is causing this and I have emailed the devs but thinking they might be away for the holiday weekend.

Has anyone had an issue with this that hosts a server? Is there a config setting or something that is doing this? Or does it try and start a new server when it encounters an issue? The problem is the first server seems to be running still with people on it while the second also has people on it.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
