Loot own corpse, log out 10 mins later, log back in, loot is gone.. WTF!

I log out of a server after being killed by a hacker and i got all my really good loot, (m107, SVD camo, ETC) back, 10 mins later i log out, when i join a new server i am a naked flashlight warrior, at the same spot.. WTF is that shit?

Maybe it's one of those fixes that prevents people from looting their own body? or a bug

- kinda hard when a hacker instantly kills everyone on the server <_<
