Your Mom has been temorarily disabled...

What is the issue with the leaderboards? Too many players? Its the only measure of achievement thanks.

It puts too much stress on the Hive right now. It's peaking enough as it is, or so I've seen devs say elsewhere in the forums. Therefore, since it's already peaking, adding extra (technically unnecessary) queries doesn't really make sense. They had to lessen the load somehow, that's how they chose to do it.

You and the rest of us are having to deal with it, but I'll tell you what - I'd rather have no leaderboards than be unable to play.
