10-20 fps increase from games booster in Day Z

I've pretty much tried everything, editing the .cfg files, using a ram disk, but this is the only significant performance boost for me. It might work for some people, might not. I get about 60-70 frames on the countryside, 35-40 in big cities. The game is a lot more playable for me as of now. I was skeptical about the program too, I've tried it before on different games, didn't see any performance boost so I uninstalled it, i'm glad I've given it another try.
