Just Bought it for $200 from my Dads friend hoping its better then my laptop

You have a decent processor and a pretty good graphics card. I would think you would be able to run this game fine. I can run it on my laptop that has integrated graphics I just run it alrightish.

I suggest checking out this video to set the game up to run the fastest it can and then adjust to your liking.

check the description for some tips too.

Well, in theory it'd run fine. Since that would handle any engine that looks 10000X better. This is the ARMA engine, which seems to have been built and codded by stuffed animals. By the way, it looks and runs like fucking shit.
