Spawn Points or random?

Will you spawn in random places on the coast or are there certain areas you spawn in? Or to make it clearer, when you spawn, what are all the places the second line can say?

i know few locations u can spawn: kamenka, outside cherno/elektro, three valleys, komarovo, balota. well u can spawn everywere on the coast but u wont spawn north of solnichniy.

Novy Sobor is a rare spawn, but it does happen.

It's such a tease - "Here's a great spawn point, but since you spawned here, we wont let any equipment spawn around you. Just run for Stary Sobor and hope you can live long enough to go through a military tent or two.
