configure server to disallow respawn/bird

Hi, I am planning to host a private server for me and my friends to play an 8 men, 4 teams hunger game.

I want to disallow the normal Abort/Respawn procedure and make it so that - once they died - they can come back as birds like in ArmA 2 coop.

Furthermore I'd like to stop and restart the server, because we are playing in sessions. After the restarts I'd like the crow'd players to stay crows.

I hope I don't upset people here by asking questions about a private server. If so please delete the topic.
