FPS Problems?

I am running a like 9 FPS, is that bad? And if so is there anyway I can improve it? (My settings are already low.)

The game really needs CPU speed for framerate improvement.

For every new version of BIS's OFP/Arma i had to buy a new PC of a couple of K's.

So when ArmaIII comes out i'm going to buy a new PC again :)

Also the "island" charnarus is the most laggy "island" we had for Arma :(

If you can run ArmA II then you can run Arma III, the optimization is apparently better so it will run just as good as Arma II (if not better).
