Does my computer meet the system requirments?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone sorry if this is a frequently asked question or im doing something wrong(im a noobie) but like the idiot i am i bought arma 2 CO without really checking the system requriments. Now the reason im asking this and not just trying the game out to see if it works is because i need a new graphics card, and i dont want to spend money on that graphics card if my computer cant run dayz anyway. So here are my specs with the graphics card i am going to get included:

Memory(RAM): 4GB

Proccessor: AMD Phenom 9150e Quad core proccessor 1.80GHz

64 Bit operating system

windows 7

Video Card: Radeon 5450hd 512mb for $25(i know this is a bad card but i dont want to spend too much sense im just going to play dayz, i just want something that gets the job done for cheap, and saying whether or not this is a good price would be appreciated)

Thank you in advance, i just really wanna play Dayz :)

Arma/Dayz really likes CPU speed, so 1.8 is really low.

Also the game needs a big graphics card.

But you should be able to play on low settings.
