Looking for (european) server to call home.

Been playing every session on different servers.

Now I would like to find one server to stay on, and would like some help choosing one.

Prerequisites:

No crosshair.

No player dots in the map.

Server in Europe, english speaking.

Others:

3rd person can be on or off (controversial about this, 3rd person is little unrealistic and easily exploitable,

but 1st persons stiffness isnt that realistic either).

Hoping the server would be home for friendlies and bandits equally, server full of deathmatchers gets boring

as fast as server full of carebears.

So any suggestion for a home would be greatly appreciated.
