Weird Sound?

I'll be running in the wilderness or in a field and this wierd sound will play. Its not common though. Its sounds like a low whoosh then a deep inhale. What is this?

Just talk about it, spent about 2 hours chasing an imaginary helicopter from Kamyshovo to Gvozdno. Endet up founding a pickup with L85 and M14 in it instead, fine by me.
