No Message Received Error

Hey everybody, I'm not sure if this is a common error or if there is something to use to fix it, but it seems like every time I start picking up too stuff in the game, I always get a message not received error that never goes away. I was wondering if there is anyway to fix this or if it's just my connection, which has an average of 31 ping.
