Maxi scripting on DE 445

I've played with one of my mates and we drove around in our SUV. We found an URAL on the sideway and decided to check it out. When we drove up to it, it drove of and we chased it. It went inside a town where it got slowed because down because of the barricades. We mannaged to shoot the left back tire with our AS50's. The driver came out of the URAL and left the game by ALT-f4'ing out.

My mate and I checked our new veichle out and discovered that it was filled with scripted weapons and stuff. (Items that does not belong in the DayZ mod)

We decided to throw a grenade at the URAL to destroy all the scripted items. I managed to destroy the URAL.

When I then disconnected after throwing the grenade, to get rid of the texture-bugs (artifacts), my mate got shot in the head with a "weapon" by Maxi. (A weapon that sounded like a LMG but not the Mod 0 or the SAW. He said it sounded like a RPK. (which we also found ammo to in the URAL)

We know it was the player "Maxi" because we played on a server that showed: Name-tags, range and all that good stuff.

I hope you can get rid of this scripter, either by banning or by giving him a warning.

I do not have any videoclips nor do I have pictures. I know this will affect the judgement of the situation, but if you can somehow spectate the player "Maxi" it will surely show how much he scripts.
