There are some servers in the server list with something like that in their name (but they are not passworded)...

And sometimes there is also something like "you might lose your character".

Is this allowed - or just some clans use servers named like that to hoard vehicles and gear?

Because many players will be afraid to lose their progress and will not join such servers.

Some of SE #500 servers are named like that, for example.

all testing servers kick upon join but are still connected to the hive, mainly to hoard items and vehicles but with a excuse to kick you
