Quick question & hopefully a quick answer.

So yesterday I wasn't around for all the new betas being released and the new hot-fix. I just updated my server now to 95883 and 1.7.2.5 but with all the new betas that were just released.. I'm left clueless on what beta version I need to enforce on my server. This is a vilayer server and I'm sort of new to the whole thing but I just want to be sure. In server .cfg I have it set as Arma 2 version:95883 and DayZ: 1.7.2.5 and under Enforce beta version: I don't have an answer for that one.

Can someone quickly tell me what I need to put down for this so I can my server back up and running?

you should enforce the beta you run. ->95883 as i understand.

The whole point of that is to prevent other beta clients to join and have the invisibility thing or other unreported results.

I am so unsure on witch beta i should run my server on do you have a clue on where the player base is at this moment ?

You might as well run the latest. 95883 and 1.7.2.5. And no, Dark. The guys at vilayer have instructed me several times in the past that rocket wanted people enforcing a different beta then what the server was currently on. It's all dependent on the patches. That's why I truly have no idea. Sometimes I've had to force the current beta, and sometimes I didn't have to.

Well that's news to me.

Then it is kinda weird/lame that he does not recommend a beta to enforce in a pinned thread ..

I will update my server to the latest then hope the player base follows suit.

the failed beta patch caused high fragmentation in what beta people use.
