How do I restart a server back to the beginning?

How do I reset my server so it is back to the very beginning with all the vehicles respawned in their original locations?

i inquired about this a few weeks ago and i was told to contact the dev team and its there decision

You don't - these things are saved hive-side.

If there is anything fundamentally wrong with your vehicles (e.g. none present for some reason) you can contact the devteam to reset the positions - but this will not work in case you only want to have a fresh start to be able to grab vehicles :)

Appreciate the answer, I hardly even play on my server. I spent 80% of my time watching over the server and reading through logs so I can make sure that all the players have a good experience.
