Do i need British and PMC expansions?

I cant join any servers do i need the British and pmc expansions too? it will load until about 90% receiving data then kicks me back to server selection. any fix for this?

I get messages that say I am missing CBA MAIN mod. I also see in the chat a lot of people have the British Armed Forces pack too.

I wanna play it but cant get past the loading screens...i hope i dont need pmc and British expansions
