Fail, it actually doesnt update to 1.7.2.5, but 1.7.2.4. You need to manually update to the latest DayZ update. Copy paste files etc..

I copy pasted all files into both Addon maps, my Six Launcher still says Im playing 1.7.2.4...

It's just a visual bug.

How does one do that?

Well, download the torrent from the 1.7.2.5 topic, replace all files in the addons map from your @dayz map, with the files you downloaded from the torrent, and thats it

If you dont know how to locate that map.. For me its at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\@DayZ\addons
