Bugs with tents and vehicles

What is the status of duping and empty respawns with tents after server restarts, and does this also happen with vehicles?

To be truthful on every server I join the admins of the server abuse restarting to dupe gear and what not.

So yes most would not care...As long as you are apart of their group, I hate it tho....

I recently logged in to find that my tent properly saved my items for once. However, this has happened once before when the tents were still bugged and losing everything.

Can anyone confirm tents are working 100% again? Of course, I'm aware of disappearances due to the server, those I have to come to accept as part of the Alpha stage.

Since the announcement of a standalone DayZ, was it a waste of money buying Arma 2: Combined Operations? Would it have been smarter to wait for Arma3 or the standalone? Should I even bother playing now that I know this whole thing based on Arma 2 might get shut down in a couple months? Opinions please.

Thanks, good to know. My group's going to keep waiting it out until tents get fixed.

Can't loot with full inventories of essentials y'know.
