Lived for 3 days without getting killed by a hacker. I thank that more to playing on low pop servers. This morning I jump in for a day full of DayZ. Join a low pop server. I spawn 4km North of Petro off the grid (where I went so I could spawn safely). 30 seconds later someone appears about 200m behind me. Then hes 200m in front of me. Im dead. skiddies are more frequent on non-school nights. Time for a fresh start!

Most script kiddies are children, note the label, "kiddies".

That means they are busy throughout the weekdays in school, or sleeping. They are usually not on in the morning hours, and become more rampant in the evenings. When schools across the US start to take the children for normal school hours, you'll see a decrease in script kiddies throughout the week, with massive spikes on the weekends.

Luckily for us, that means we have 5 hours of nearly no script kiddies (taking into account time zones, some go to school earlier and some get out sooner). There will be hackers, there are crowds of 20-somethings that have nothing better to do. But there will be a lot less. Also, big games releases tend to pull the script kiddies away. I don't see anything on the horizon (BlackOps2, Halo 4 being a ways off) so we'll have to put up with it for awhile longer.

even in america they haven't started The school I work at starts back on the 20th. Thats actually the whole city's district start time. Now catholic/private schools are a different matter.
