I dropped the gun and crashed the chopper, but can you get banned for using hacked gear/vehicles?

No, you can't. Don't worry if you find a hacked gun... You'll be fine.

You can't get in trouble for using a hacked gun n' such so long as you weren't the one who spawned it in. That said; people who see you with a hacked gun are most likely going to assume you've attained it through illegitimate means and could judge you thusly.

I personally just don't bother with hacked gear, I toss it aside.
