Is the little island in the sea a save spot for helicopter?

There is a very small, treeless island way out in the sea.

Does someone know if you can save the helicopter there savely?

Or does it count as "out of map?"

The treeless island is out of map (atleast I think it is) but the larger islands with trees should be okay.
