Waypoints do not show up

Hey guys, I run US 2158, and although i am fairly certain that I configured the server correctly but although I put the configs in place so waipoints could be seen they don't seem to show up, here is what I use as difficulty settings, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Something in 1.7.2.5 messed up waypoints. I would love to know if theres any way to enable it again.
