Guess I am stuck

I have foolishly walked in to the military camp despite the graphical errors (the dead bodies have their textures pulled in every direction rendering the player blind, I can't even see three feet in front of me), and now I can not find my way out. Am I well and truly stuck until a fix comes out? Or is there already a fix that I do not know about?

1.7.2.5 is out and fixes that

but just restart your game and you wont get artifacts in the first bad area you go to
