Third party server browser

Anyone knows a good server browser? The one in game is inadequate.

I want to filter out all non-veteran servers with a ping larger than 50 unless it's 2500, and all servers that got 0 players or are locked. Ideally it shouldn't use up 100% of the GPU. :P
