Nope.

1/ Marker on map notify everybody (who had a map) that there is something there. I d'ont want to communicate with everybody. I want to leave a message/communicate with people crossing road/camp/tents....

2/ Markers on map disapear on server reboot

I like the idea of putting up signs, the only problem is that like everything else people will just abuse it and before long whole maps will be covered with signs containing nothing to do with the game.

An easier way to do this is with graffiti. If you have spray paint, you could put a pre-selected decal on the wall like 'ZOMBIES!' or "TRESPASSERS BEWARE" on buildings. Lot of coding though.
