New temperature numbers

I'm sitting around, perfectly healthy on a sunny day, at 42 C. Let's see what wikipedia has to say about that:

Hyperpyrexia is a fever with an extreme elevation of body temperature greater than or equal to 41.5 °C (106.7 °F).[14] Such a high temperature is considered a medical emergency.

That is internal body temperature. The DayZ temperature gauge monitors the outside temperature (IRL Your body will self regulate to heat/cold increases to ensure it stays at the optimal 37.2 range, sometimes it cant handle really large increases like 60 c and stuff starts shutting down, too much stuff shut-down and your dead).

Internal body Temperature is different to external environment temperature. Keep that in mind. Dayz tracks the environment temperature and not the internal temperature.

So 42c outside would be around 37.5c-37.9c Internal body temperature.

Um, your core is never colder than your skin, or any other part of your body. Skin temperature is 3-4 C colder than core temperature in warm conditions, and colder than that in cold conditions, all while the core temperature remains at 37.

Or are you trying to say that the game is reporting the air temperature? If that's the case, then it should have nothing to do with my character's health.
