Getting kicked for no reason

So today i was on au 18 and a bunch of people, including me, were kicked for strange reasons. Mine being "too much sugar" (ha ha), and some others being something along the lines of "offences against mother nature". Is this the sort of thing that server hosts can get in trouble for? because normally i wouldnt care but i lost all my dmr ammo due to being kicked for no reason, so im not too happy :(

Yes, the Rcon password has been changed, im hoping whomever it was wont be able to crack it again, havent seen anything since.
