How does trading in game go for you??

Keep seeing posts of people wanting to trade stuff and always wonder how that goes. Maybe I assume the worst of people ALWAYS, but whats to stop someone from just unloading clips into you as soon as your guards down?

Anyone successfully trade "Rare" items?

You'll find plenty of people who traded high end gear, some of them got backstabbed some was not.

I guess it's frowned upon to backstab a player, but i guess it's also part of the (bandit) game init..

Meh, I trade with friends or fellow unarmed people. Goes perfectly fine that way. I mean I have traded weapons for food and drink with people and got out of it unscathed but only because I gave them my weapon for food I desperately needed.
