Duplicating items

I read a book which told me how to make bear traps and sandbags (turns out you just put sand in a bag) does this mean I allowed to duplicate these items to simulate manufacturing them?

I only ask because i remember the developer saying that Arma is supposed to be a game where if you can do it in real life (read the stars to navigate) you should be able to do it in game.

The game is in alpha right now, we are suppose to find all these glitches, like duping, then report it.

If the server host finds out and thinks it's in the wrong then I guess it's not okay. Other than that I don't think anyone would really care or mind. I've seen bases that are surrounded with tons of sand bags and I would almost guarantee they duped them.
