Server restart times?

I was playing on my server and me and my buddy killed two guys at the NW airfield and then suddenly about 3 minutes later the server reset. Im pretty sure we killed at least one admin because the timing was miraculously close. But what i really wanted to know was how long it takes for servers to restart usually? this ones been down ever since and i need to get to my camp :(

You get a message saying you have been banned when you try to join the server.
