trapped under an apt building

I was on the roof of a building then a glitch happened. The next time I logged in I was under the building with no way out, but I could engage zombies thru the front door. Is there anyway for me too escape? Or do I have to wait too die and respawn?

if you've exited and tried multiple servers, then you're going to have to let zombies kill you and respawn
