I ran into one the other day, I started to run but then for some reason I changed my mind and ran for him. I ran circles around him while he shot at me. Took him a while to bring me down and he wasted a bunch of ammo.

I used to gear up by killing them, now they seem to be so rare :( It was so much fun to kill few of the elektro or cherno campers each time you respawn, because they always camp the same positions, easily sniped out of there with a AKM or enfield.
