Option to move flashlight to primary slot

If we could have the ability to move the flashlight between primary and secondary, you wouldn't end up in situations where you only have a pistol but are unable to switch to your flashlight.

Ideally in the standalone we should be able to duel wield the two, but for the mod, I think this would help.
