Need help on where to put a camp.

Hi everyone, last few days me and my friends got very good loot, huey and other things, but my question is.

Should I put my camp a bit in the de-bug plans for safety? I heard that Rocket was going to make a system to remove stuff in the debug plans so I am worried about that, is that true?

Or should it be in the forest? I know a lot of people search for camps, but we have the only huey so that is good. But yes I need some help, thank you.

Hide it where people wouldn't search for it. That sounds a bit obvious but most people hide things way up north or in places they think nobody will go to, and that gets them found. People put camps in places they think nobody will go to, but in reality that's the first place they will go. Hide it somewhere hidden but obvious, and make sure its not on a 50 man server. Just dont get too attached because eventually something will happen to it.

You should not put it in debug but put it inside from the debug a little bit put it in a tree line get the cords and go back to it when you need to me and my buddies have tents scattered everywhere and on tons of different servers

Forest, not on the way to anything, avoid obvious landmarks like hilltops, rock formations, water sources. Even so, every camp eventually gets raided.

As everyone has said, your camp will eventually be found, and stuff stolen. Best thing to do is to put it as far away from any point of interest as possible, with yout being too obvious (ie, up north). Also, and this is tricky, but try to predict the paths people will take across your camp ground and try to hide the camp from those path ways.
