Hack/Cheat Report Thread

The purpose of this thread is not to complain about hacking/cheating, but to quickly report player hacks/cheats and the server these hack/cheats occurred on. This is to expose trends in the types of hacks being used and the servers these hacks/cheats are occurring on to help the developers/Battle eye, as no one is going to read all the single posts on hacking issues.

This is a running tally form (i.e. I = 1, II = 2, for the fifth write 5, thus 23 = 5 5 5 5 III), please copy and paste the below form into your post.
