Hacker: US196 CQF server

There is a hacker by the name SPAAHK on that server, I have video of us killing him, His friend and him come back 2 times with lots of gear one set was AK-SD ammo, and i got video proof of his body etc, and him. Time spotted: 11:14 +12 CST or NZST.

Ill give the join.me to whoever has the authority to ban a hacker, Also the reason why is so i dont use 10gb of my upload allowance when i can use 30mb and just live stream my screen.
