Can I get banned for this?

Last week, Me and my friend were in a server that we frequently visit (US1090). Inside were 3 atvs, military boats, bikes, etc. in Cherno. We've come back every day in the hopes that we'd find more stuff, and today, after getting executed in Elektro, decided to come back. My partner loaded in first, and shot down two helicopters that were flying overhead. We looted their bodies and got amazing gear that we suspected was hacked in, but it was within the realm of possiblity that they could have gotten it. (Ghillies, M4A1 SD, M9 SD, etc.) After moving towards the fire station, we found upwards of 9 female bodies (that are still probably there right now) holding G36C SD with around a half dozen Stanag SD mags. We took the G3s because we had never seen them before, and starting going north.

Almost immediately we found a fully repaired Ural with someone in the back seat. After attempting to talk to them with no response, we just shot them. The 'player's' name was Rocket, and he was wearing Camo clothes with a red beret (a player model neither of us have ever seen). He had an m24 desert and all sorts of ammo. Inside the Ural, we found tons of ammo for guns we'd never seen before, RGO grenades, and smokes. We drove into the forest a little confused, and logged off. Where any of these guns hacked in? If so, do I have to drop them under risk of ban?

You can use hacked guns all you want without fear of being banned, except maybe from individual servers with paranoid admins.

The red beret camo is a favorite of script kids. The G36's aren't legit weapons, nor is the M24 desert (why you wouldn't want the legit M24 with woodland camo is beyond me) or RGO grenades.

You can use them all you want without being banned by BE, individual server owners and admins though, that's a different story.

The G36 or whatever does not spawn in the game. If its not on the item Wiki personally I would put them on a zombie body and hide it.

I have also run into trucks filled with ammo which I had never seen before.

I just left it alone and that is probably what you should have done.

I don't think BE will get you because you are not hacking but some server admins may spot you and ban you from their servers.

Yes most of this is scripted spawn loot. When the hacker spawns a body guard, its a female with the G36 which is not a legit gun. The truck on the other hand is the biggest give away because i know which hack they are using to spawn the vehicle and the ammo is exaclty the same as it would be when it was spawned. So yes thats all hacker spawned and when the server is reset everything that was scripted in will disappear as if it were never there. So tell the admins to restart the server and you can see exactly what was hacked in and what is legit.

Not true at all, I was actually banned for looting hacked weapons, somehow I got unbanned. Just don't tell players that they can't get banned for it, because they can.

You can't get a global ban,. Battleye doesn't ban players unless they SPAWN the weapons in, there's plenty of official statements from rocket saying this.
