Hi there.

I'm not FRAPSing all the time so getting an evidence here is quite difficult.

As I'm also playing on my server I've faced a group of 3 charging at me but not shooting.

Well most of the time Im shooting first and later on ask questions but tonight I didnt react - let's see who is playing on my server.

Then I've heard some polish abusive crap towards me and childish laugh.

They killed me which is perfectly okay, my fault, their loot.

But srsly I don't want to have such childish idiots that are throwing shit on other ppl.

I've kicked them after 10 minutes (so they could loot my body anyway) with a proper message.

Later on if I will receive a complaint from other players or will face it myself I will ban them.

Can I do that srsly? Because I sense some irony in admin rules here in dayz (like with hacked weapons) and sometimes I'm afraid (which is: rofl in terms of admin role) to take some actions against idiots and pricks.

Racist or lewd talk shouldn't be a problem to ban for. No one should have to listen to that nonsense. Your server, drop kick them out.

Sounds like it was a string of racist comments. Least if I read OP correctly. His server, he paid for it. I would have drop kicked them too.

You wouldn't unless you are from Poland ;)

Trust me, I'm running such server and communities for ages and I know the deal and what to do to have mature community.

Another thing is that here in DayZ is my first time I'm not allowed to do something what in my opinion is correct for my community on my server.

Dunno, maybe devs here want to keep as many players online as possible for testing purposes that's why they are acting like this.
