Bad FPS in Servers

Recommended Posts

It seems no mmatter what server i go on there is REALLY BAD FPS i'm getting a Max 15FPS, my average ping is about 60-70ms. This problem only started about 2 days ago. Any help would be appreciated!

System Specs:

AMD 955 BE @ 3.2GHz

Hyper X 8GB DDR3 @ 1600Mhz

AMD 550Ti OC'd to 910MHz w/ 1GB GDDR5

Windows 7 64-Bit

EDIT: after going through many servers i have finnaly found a non-bad-fps

Yeah same with me it started two days ago. Don't think the specs are the issue here though, because when I abort and log back in the problem seems to be solved.

Yeah it's definitely not on all servers. It could just be servers that don't restart frequently.

Yeah on servers that I join who have recently or just restarted the FPS is MUCH better.

Yeah same here i got a Athlon 645 @ 3.1 and a xfx hd 7770 @1.2ghz and it does the same, restarted servers are faster but it is mainly due to how this game is poorly optimized and how it affects some gpu's especially amd gpu's.

Just had this on my home server 2 days ago as well. Went from 60 to 12. I just joined another server and all was well, the next day my home server was back to normal.

I've only encountered this on one server and it was really noticeable, even though i was getting a solid 80fps it looked like it was less than 20 when i was moving.
